The City of Huntington Permit is an online permitting system that offers a convenient way to submit permit applications, pay fees, and more.

  • Once you have applied and paid for your permit online, please get in touch with finance, email finance@huntingtonwv.gov, or call 304.696.5540 ext. 4 if you want the permit mailed. Otherwise, please pick up the permit in Room 103.


Contractor Access

You must be registered and up-to-date with your city license before logging in or creating a new account. If you have not created an account, click on "Activate Account" below. For assistance with your city license, contact Finance at finance@huntingtonwv.gov or 304-696-5540 option 4.



Activate Account - Contractors who are already registered with the city may activate their account online.

Forgot Username - If you have already activated your account but have forgotten your username, simply click here to retrieve it.

Forgot Password - If you have already activated your account but have forgotten your password, simply click here to reset it.
